2. Engineering & Structural Sizing: New Viet Han composite engineers conduct FEA/laminate calculations to specify the corrosion barrier thickness, structural reinforcement layers, and optimal resin system.
3. Quotation within 2 - 24 hours: You will receive a detailed commercial quotation with material specifications, preliminary 2D/3D approval drawings, and guaranteed production schedules.

The resin matrix dictates chemical resistance and operating life:

• Vinyl Ester Resin (Swancor 901, Derakane 411/470, Ashland Hetron): Premium choice for aggressive inorganic acids (HCl 32%, H2SO4 up to 70-98%, HNO3), hot caustic soda (NaOH 50%), sodium hypochlorite, and solvent environments with continuous operating temperatures up to 100°C - 150°C.
• Isophthalic Polyester Resin: Recommended for moderate corrosive chemicals, organic acids, industrial wastewater, cooling tower casings, seawater intake, and municipal drainage.
• Orthophthalic Polyester Resin: Cost-effective grade suited for standard potable water storage, Septic tanks, rainwater harvesting, and general architectural components.
• Dual-Laminate (Thermoplastic + FRP): For hyper-corrosive chemicals at elevated pressures, New Viet Han produces composite vessels with inner thermoplastic liners (PVC, PP, PVDF) backed by filament-wound FRP structural shells.

• Large Storage Vessels (50 m³ - 250 m³) & Complex Projects: 15 to 25 business days, including post-cure, hydrostatic testing, and QA documentation.
• Turnkey On-Site Lining Projects: Dispatched immediately upon job site handover.
• Export Shipments: Handled via Cat Lai Port / Cai Mep Deep Water Port (Ho Chi Minh City / Ba Ria Vung Tau) with export-compliant seaworthy packing (FCL/OT containers).
